Creating habits that support both your day-to-day and long-term health are a journey! Every day we take steps either closer to where we want to be or a little further away.

Each of us is going to have a mixture of forward and backward steps, but when we get clear about exactly where we are and where we want to go, taking forward steps is becomes much easier!

Take a minute and evaluate where you are at and where you’d like to be, and let’s discuss in our next call!

🌰 Planting the Seed:

  • You’re familiar with plant-based eating and know enough about the benefits to want to give it a try.
  • You might feel overwhelmed at the thought of cutting out favorite go-to foods and have some uneasiness about whether this way of eating will really meet all of your nutritional needs.

🌱 The Sprout:

  • Your understanding of the why and how of plant-based eating is becoming solid and you are working to incorporate more and more plants.
  • At least 25% of your meals are plant-based and you’re starting to figure out how to make it work even if your loved ones are not yet on board.

🌳 Well-Rooted:

  • You consistently and effortlessly eat plant-based meals at least 2x most meals.
  • It’s become easy to rarely or never eat many (but maybe not all) animal or processed foods.
  • You have some meals and snacks at home you will still like to make more WFPB.

🌺 Flowering:

  • Nearly all of the food you buy and prepare is plant-based
  • You are finding ways to eat plant-based while traveling and visiting others because you notice you just feel so much better!
  • You have a solid routine to supplement vitamin B12 and a good understanding of anything else you may need.

🌲 The Mature Plant:

  • You effortlessly eat whole food, plant-based at least 95% of the time.
  • You love your food and don’t want to go back to eating another way.
  • Your oil, salt and sugar consumption are minimal and deliberate.
  • You eat a high ratio of fresh, raw vegetables and fruit.
  • You are comfortable, confident and at peace in social and family situations.
